At Anam Hussain, each garment is handcrafted and made to order. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.


Processing & Production


Production timelines vary depending on the complexity of the design and will be communicated at the time of ordering. Estimated delivery dates are provided as a guideline and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Charges


Shipping fees are calculated separately from the garment price and are based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and courier rates at the time of dispatch.


Delivery Partners


Orders are shipped through reputable courier services such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, or other available carriers.


Customs & Duties


International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or import charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the client and are not included in the garment or shipping cost.


Delivery Delays


While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, Anam Hussain is not responsible for delays caused by:


  • Customs inspections or clearance procedures
  • Courier service disruptions
  • Weather conditions
  • Strikes or labor disputes
  • Government regulations
  • Global events, political unrest, or acts of force majeure
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the client


Address Accuracy


Clients are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional shipping fees incurred due to incorrect addresses, refused deliveries, or returned packages will be the responsibility of the client.


Risk of Loss


Once an order has been dispatched and accepted by the courier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the client. We are not liable for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages while in transit, though we will assist where possible with courier claims.

Delivery timeframes provided by Anam Hussain or the courier are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


Order Changes


Any design, measurement, fabric, embellishment, or style changes requested after production has begun may result in additional charges and revised delivery timelines.
