By placing an order, making a payment, booking a consultation, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Custom-Made Garments

All garments are made-to-order and handcrafted according to the specifications approved by the client. Due to the artisanal nature of our work, slight variations in embroidery, embellishments, fabric dye lots, beadwork, lace placement, and finishing may occur and are not considered defects.

Pricing & Payments

Pricing is based on the level of customization, design complexity, fabric selection, embroidery techniques, handwork, embellishments, and production requirements of each garment.

A deposit is required before production begins. Full payment must be received according to the agreed payment schedule.

Any changes requested after design approval may result in additional charges and revised delivery timelines.

No Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final.

Due to the custom-made nature of our garments, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, cancellations, or store credits once payment has been received and production has begun. Deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements, reviewing all design approvals, selecting fabrics and colors, and providing accurate contact and shipping information.

Anam Hussain is not responsible for fit issues resulting from inaccurate measurements supplied by the client.

Production & Delivery Timelines

Estimated production and delivery dates are provided as a guideline only and are not guaranteed.

Production and delivery schedules may be affected by material availability, artisan schedules, holidays, customs procedures, courier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Alterations & Fit

Minor alterations may be required after delivery due to body shape variations and personal fit preferences. Any local alteration costs are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Shipping & Customs

Shipping charges are calculated separately unless otherwise stated.

International clients are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by their destination country.

Color & Design Disclaimer

Colors may appear differently on various screens, devices, and printed materials. Slight variations between digital images, fabric swatches, and the final garment are normal and shall not be considered grounds for refunds or disputes.

While every effort is made to achieve the approved design, slight variations in handcrafted details may occur and are considered part of the couture process.

Intellectual Property

All designs, sketches, patterns, concepts, branding, photographs, and creative materials remain the intellectual property of Anam Hussain.

Unauthorized reproduction, copying, manufacturing, resale, or commercial use of our designs is strictly prohibited.

Photography & Marketing

Unless otherwise requested in writing prior to production, Anam Hussain reserves the right to photograph and use completed garments and related imagery for portfolio, website, editorial, advertising, and social media purposes.

Limitation of Liability

Anam Hussain shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the purchase, use, delay, or delivery of any product or service.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific order in question.

Force Majeure

Anam Hussain shall not be responsible for delays or inability to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, political unrest, war, labor shortages, courier disruptions, customs delays, or supplier failures.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.

Acceptance of Terms

By making a payment, placing an order, signing an order form, approving a design, or accepting delivery, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
